We process and facilitate millions of messages in multiple languages for our customers each month via our own platform.

Desired qualifications, skills and experience:
- 5+ years of Java server side development experience.
- Third level qualification in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Linux operating systems an advantage.
- Experience with APIs (e.g. Web Services, HTTP, JSON, XML)
- Database experience with SQL skills (e.g. MySQL)
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Javascript and JMS advantageous.
- Team player with keen interests in IT and Development.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Customer service orientated with strong communications skills.

Role Functions:
- Develop and maintain software integrations with our customers.
- Assist with customer support requests and queries.
- Administration of production, test and development environments.
- Investigate and resolve issues and bugs, both infrastructure and application.
- Testing at all levels from unit test cases through to system testing.
- Develop new and improve existing application functionality.
- Automation of current processes where possible using tools and utilities.
- Some evening and weekend work required on rota basis.
